You can't redistribute free components as a component library, UI kit, template, starter kit or code generator, publish their source on its own, or use them to build a competing product.
Pro components
Same rights inside your apps, for license holders. Per developer. No redistribution, resale or publishing of the source.

Can I use free components in a commercial app? Yes.
Can my app's repository be public? Yes, if skiddie code is part of a real app. Publishing the components on their own isn't allowed.
